Welcome To Randwick Horticultural ShowPlans are fully underway to revive the Randwick Horticultural Show, after a gap of several years. This is a fundraising event in aid of the Village Hall - supporting the 'spend a penny to spend a penny' campaign. The show will be held on Saturday 12th September and promises to be a lot of fun for everybody.
All the old favourites will be back, including the always highly contested and occasionally controversial Men's Cherry Cake competition (did I hear someone mention green glace cherries?!)
Entry Secretary, Des Rowlinson said "This year's show will be a September spectacular. There wil be something for everybody and a chance to compete for a much coveted Show Certificate, sure to take pride of place on any Randwick mantlepiece."
